Clarity for Confident Business Decisions
You’ve built something successful. But now you’re at a crossroads and the answer isn’t obvious.
Whether you’re rethinking your direction, evaluating an opportunity, questioning an offer, navigating growth, or wondering what you actually want next, I help you step out of the mental spin and see the decision clearly.
A 30-minute conversation for you to bring the most consequential decisions keeping you stuck.
Strategic insight. Thoughtful challenge. A clear path forward.
You’re Not Stuck Because You Don’t Know Enough. In fact, It's The opposite.
You’ve already considered the options, run the numbers, and made a pros-and-cons list. Maybe you’ve even made a decision…and then talked yourself right back out of it.
The problem is that the closer you are to your business, the harder it becomes to separate:
- what the business needs from what everyone else expects,
- a legitimate concern from fear,
- strategic opportunity from shiny-object distraction,
- intuition from pressure,
- and the decision you could make from the decision you actually want to make.
At a certain level, more information doesn’t create clarity.
Discernment does.
And that’s where our work begins.
Don’t Let Indecision Stifle Your Growth
...Because it has a cost
Staying in the gray area can feel safer than making the wrong move. But circling a decision for weeks or months has consequences of its own.
You can delay opportunities, second-guess your leadership, and have your team waiting for direction they need to execute. Energy gets poured into possibilities that may never become priorities and the mental load of an unresolved decision follows you like a shadow you can’t shake.
Even so, the biggest cost may not be the wrong decision.
It’s how long you spend disconnected from what matters, ruminating over a decision you already know you need to make.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is this different from therapy?
A: I’m a licensed therapist and a certified coach, so I bring therapeutic depth to coaching work. But this isn’t therapy. We’re not excavating your childhood or your trauma. We’re addressing the identity based stress patterns that are running your leadership right now. If you’re actively in crisis, I’ll refer you to the right therapeutic support.
Q: I’m skeptical about “mindfulness” in a corporate setting. Is this too “woo-woo”?
A: I hear this a lot, and I respect the question. My work is grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence research, and clinically validated assessments. The breathwork and somatic practices I use aren’t abstract, they’re evidence-based tools that directly affect your nervous system. Fortune 500 companies are investing in this work because it produces measurable results. I just happen to do it better than an app alone.
Q: What does the 3-month coaching program include?
A: You’ll walk through all four phases of the R.O.O.T. Leadership Method with me. That includes emotional intelligence and stress assessments at intake, bi-weekly coaching sessions, functional breathwork and meditation practices, deep identity and pattern work, and real-time support between sessions. Most clients notice shifts in their stress response within the first 2–3 weeks. The full transformation in how you lead unfolds over 90 days.
Q: Do you work with leadership teams or just individuals?
A: Both. I work with leaders at all levels through coaching and with organizations through keynotes, workshops, and consulting. Many organizations start with a keynote or workshop, then invest in coaching for their key leaders. Many individual clients eventually introduce me to their organizations. The work tends to spread because people feel the difference.
Q: What if I don’t have time for another commitment?
A: That’s the stress talking. And it’s exactly why this work matters. When you believe you don’t have time for your own wellbeing, you’re already deep in the patterns we need to address. My approach doesn’t add to your plate, it changes the way you carry it.
